Brief Answer:
Infectious Diarrhoea leading to fever and faintheadedness
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir
I understand your query and concern.
You seem to have low levels of B12.
This vitamin is required for normal nerve conduction facilities.
Its deficiency can manifest as weakness of the limbs along with difficulty in walking and blood cell abnormality.
Its extremely important that you correct this deficiency.
The teeth biting can be due to low calcium levels, better get tested for the same as well.
Dry eyes can be attributed to dehydration secondary to diarrhoea.
Hydrate yourself adequately.
Thank you.

Have attached the report. Pls advise on treatment if you think both vitamin d and b 12 levels are low. what r health risk factors of these deficiencies
Brief Answer:
3 month treatment is needed to correct vit D levels.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
You seem to have low levels of both vit D as well as lower range in normal levels of B12.
For correction of Vit B12 deficiency, you need to have tab Matilda one tab daily for 3 months. This is just enough.
For correction of Vit D you need to have CapBio D3 one tab daily for 6 weeks followed by assessment of serum Vit D levels. If the levels have not improved, then continue the same for another 12 weeks.
please note all these drugs have to be taken under strict medical supervision only.
Low levels of Vit D is associated with pathological fractures and weakening of bones.
B12 deficiency can lead improper blood cells production, risk of infections and nerve weakness.
Post your further queries, if any.
Thank you.
