hello Dr. mittal here are answers to your questions # 1 there is no pain #2 have symptons for six months or more #3 not much i must go about 10 times a day due to gas #4 the gas seems to be the biggest problem my family doctor had me drink a teaspoon of moringa powder one empty stomach each day it didnt work for me #5no #6 have tried imodium kaopectate gag-x XXXX

Hi, I have read your response.
I think you may be suffering from IBS. This is irritable bowel syndrome. In this the features are like yours.

I think I would suggest a colonoscopy. If that's normal, I would suggest treatment with Isapghulla husk and tab amitryptiline with a short course of antibiotics rifaximin .

I don't think it's a simple case of gastroenteritis.
