Brief Answer:
You are recovering well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have read your detailed question and the treatment is on the right lines and that is evident by the reports and values that you have mentioned.
The HBsAg will stay. You might become a chronic carrier but there is no need to worry about that right now.
The present problem is recovering well and you shouuld be fine in 4 to 6 weeks with the same treatment and diet as advised by the Gastroenterologist. So dont worry and everything would be fine.
Also take precautions to not spread the virus to others. Do not donate blood and do not indulge in unprotected sexual activities.
You will be fine soon.
If there are any other queries on this issue please let me know.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Chances are there.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
That would depend on how you got the disease in the first place.
If it is since birth then there are higher chances of your becoming a chronic carrier. If you have contracted it recently then the chances would be lower. But no one can predict accurately whether it will happen or not.
And either way carriers live a normal life unless other diseases are contracted.
Take care.
