Question : Hi my daughter is eleven years old and disabled she has the vomiting and diaherra what can I do to help her

Can understand your concerns.

In loose motions and vomiting, the most important thing that we have to take care is of dehydration.

Start giving ORS Solution to the child and give more liquid diet like glucose water, juice, water to prevent dehydration.

For vomiting, you should give syrup containing ondansetron like ondam syrup or syrup emeset. These are given according to weight of child.

If vomiting or loose stools persists then get her examined by a doctor.
