Question : Hello, my daughter is 3yrs old nd she is having stomach infection from last 4days
She was passing loose stool nd i have given her darolac powder. But still she is having pain in her abdomen and not eating anything cos whenever she eats the pain starts again. Please help me out if i need to give her any other medicine

Thanks for writing to us.
You have mentioned that your child is suffering for the last 4 days.
If darolac would have worked it should have by now.
It is better to get her checked up by your pediatrician and get ultrasound abdomen if needed to rule out causes of abdominal pain like gastritis or appendicitis or subacute intestinal obstruction.
It is better not to delay further with over the counter medicines.
Take her immediately to your pediatrician or nearby health centre.
