Question : I have had IBS for years. Lomotil gave me relieve and I was able to go to work. I only took as small a dose as I needed ( 1 or 2 a day) I cant get it now as it is coming in a new form which is not available at the moment. I have had a few mishaps in the last few weeks which means i have to have extra underwear and trousers with me. C
an u give me advise or another brand name I can get as I cannot afford to lose my job over this

Hi.
Thanks for your query and understanding IBS.
You have a diarrhea form of IBS and creates more social problem than the other forms.
Since you are getting good results with Lomotil (containing Atropine, Diphenoxylate) you should continue the same.
I am giving you other and brand names and you have to inquire with your Doctor / Pharmacy.
