Hello,
Please take Tab IMMODIUM for loose motion. Take Tab DOM one tablet once. You may seem to have food poisoning.
You need a course of antibiotics as well. You can visit a local clinic for a prescritpion of tab OFOZ three times a day for 5 days. This is a prescription drug and needs to be given only after physical assessment of dehydration status. You might have lost a lot of fluid. Please get your BP, pulse and temperature checked at the local clinic.
