Question : I just had a bowel movement that consisted of diarrhea with round pieces that looked like legs or hairs were sticking out

There is no problem with a one time observation of an abnormal consistency of stool. It would only be a problem is this persists or there are other symptoms that you would want to report. Do not panic but monitor future stools and report to us. My honest thought process and believe is that all would return to normal without any medical intervention an this is no way is suggestive of an underlying disease condition or puts you at risk for any future disease.
