i generally have a bowel movement once to twice a day. They are generally semi solid sometime hard due to taking tylenol threes for chronic pain. Over the past two days its been more like diarrhea. There is some brownish mucus as well as clear mucus. I have been able to eat and drink however i have been eating bland foods just because of the diarrhea. I have a very weak stomach and can vomit when i get migraines or haven't eaten enough. I am on propranal for my migraines and take tylenol threes for migraines and chronic pain. I don't have diabetes but do suffer form PTSD. These issues tend to be more of a problem when I am getting my period as i have Fibroids

Brief Answer:
Most probably Acute Enteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the answers. I have gone though them. Following measures will help you to correct the bowel habits:

> Take lots of fluids( water, juices)
> Metronidazole thrice a day for 5 days
> Take Zinc supplement once a day for 10 days

AVOID:
sugar related products
Dairy products

Hopefully your symptoms will improve in 2-3 days BUT if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital.
If not taken opinion earlier then do visit a gynecologist and get an opinion for fibroid so that your symptoms improve further.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
