Question: Thank you. I have diarrhea, watery, extreme pain in my back that feels like a balloon under my ribs. I drank some baking soda and water and it went away for a while, but it came back and it was severe pain after dinner tonight. What can I take?

Brief Answer:
Food poisoning management as following..

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

Having diarrhea after dinner makes me think of food poisoning. Have you consumed any new/unusual food/drink? Did you eat outside?

Apart drinking lots of water, I advise to:
- take probiotics
- have light meals (plain yogurt, rice, toast, apple sauce, banana, etc
- take antacids

If no improvement should go to ER as might need prescription drugs and a more specific treatment.

Wish fast recovery.
