Brief Answer:
Diarrhea

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If there is blood or leucocytes in stool, fever and a high white count then it would indicate infectious diarrhea and require antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin +/- metronidazole for treatment.

If the above are not present then oral rehydration salts such as gastrolyte or ORS to be mixed in water should be used to replenish the lost water and electrolytes. Antispasmodic and antidiarrheal meds can be given if the diarrhea persists despite the above.

Wishing you best of health
