Question : Was given amoxicillin for bad sinus infection. On day 4 of antibotics and noticed last two days have loose yellowish/orange stools. I always get diarrhea or loose stools on amoxicillin, but color has me concerned.

Hello Madam,

With amox, stools can change colour.
So, do not worry.

For loose stools use probiotics like sporilac.
Drink lots of water and avoid milk and its products except curds.
Have lots of curds.
Do not stop the antibiotic due to diarrhoea.
