Question : Sir my 3 years old son is not properly communicating ie donot speak complete sentence. He used to say single word or two and communicate thr gestures. He hears well but sometimes ignores what is said to him.plz guide

Several types of autism are present and it requires Psychiatrist consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment.
One has to exclude cerebral palsy leading to hearing loss.
