Question : I am 45 years old and married for two years. I am unable to release sperms during intercource and have to masterbate outside and then re insert. I also have a swelling in my left prostrate. Is this the cause ? But i am trying for a child so please help

Swelling in the prostate is not the problem behind your difficulty in ejaculation. It is known as situational anejaculation where one is able to ejaculate while masturbating however there is difficulty in ejaculation during intercourse. This is how you should go about it

1. Longer foreplay
2. Good lubrication with grapeseed oil or durex lubricants
3. I also suggest you to avoid sex or masturbation for 3 days for a better arousal
4. If none of the above suggestions work then I suggest you to use a vibrator ring during intercourse. This almost always helps
