I can understand your concerns,
PCOS can cause irregular periods, infertility, acnes, facial hair growth. Patient can have one or more than one symptoms. For each symptom, there is different management.
If you are suffering from irregular periods, meprate will help in getting period.
If there is difficulty in conceiving, you should take tablet clomiphen citrate 50 mg from 3rd of your period for 5days ( prescription drug). Consult your gynecologist.
Along with this you should take tablet metformin 500mg ( prescription drug) and you should change your lifestyle like healthy diet and exercises including brisk walk for 10mins.these will help in reducing PCOS symptoms.
