Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving While Going Through Infertility Treatment

Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX age 26 years. Iam trying to concieve from 1 and half year but not able to all the tests are normal had a laptoscopy 6 months ago.i was diagnoised with tb and has been using medicines from past 6 months .i was under siphene from past 1 year .my doctor has done iui twice one before laproscopy and one after laproscopy but was not able to concieve .she suggested me to go to ivf so I consulted another doctor as my laproscopy result suggest that both tubes were blocked were opened so she also suggested to go to ivf but she said if you can wait then just see for 2 months naturally.this month i did not take any medicine and went for follicular study on day 11 in which it is suggested that ovaries are normal in size but no dominant follicles and endometrium thickness is 9.5mm and no free fluid.it is written that the ovaries are normal in size and shows peripherally arranged undifferentiated follicles with increase stromal echgenicity-pcod what does that mean will I be able to concieve naturally or do I need to go for ivf

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about infertility andd TB.

Following is my reply:

1) Tuberculosis generally destroys fallopian tubes. It is difficult to make the blocked tubes open again as they are likely to get blocked again.

2) Looking at your scenario, I suggest you better go for IVF without wasting anymore time.

3) I dont recommend you to wait for conceiving naturally or IUI. IVF is best option.

Thank you doctor for your valuable answer can I know what would be the cost of ivf in general and one more doubt is if I want to concieve again then do I need to go for ivf for second time also and how to open blocked tubes are there any medicines that can improve my tubes

IVF costs between one to 2 lakh per cycle in XXXXXXX Medicines will not be able to open tubes. Even laparoscopy may not be very effective.

IVF is necessary even second time.
