Question: I got married in Feb 2014 but my wife has not conceive. She has undergone follicular monitoring test and result was good. 2 eggs were seen. One large and one small. We made relationship within 24 hours and after 7 days of ovulation there was some spots which we thought as implantation bleeding. But today was her first day and there was bleeding and cramp. Does it indicate starting of period and no fertilization. If yes, what should be our course of action now because this was our best effort for her to conceive. I am having delayed ejaculation problem but I used to masturbate and on verge of ejaculation, insert my organ inside her. Another problem is sperm liquefaction time which is 50 minutes. Other parameters are good. Please tell me know how to overcome liquefaction time and what should we do now. Has no fertilization occurred? What could be the reason? Since we knew about liquefaction time, she used to put pillow on her back and leg upwards for one hour.

Brief Answer:
Semen infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns about delayed liquefaction.

Delayed liquefaction is due to Infection of semen which needs to be diagnosed by semen culture and sensitivity test. You can take antibiotics as per report of semen culture and sensitivity.

You have to know that successful conception in each cycle is only around 10 percent each cycle as there are various parameters into play.

It is not possible to say what went wrong and why you didn't conceive. Continue the same method for next 3 months. If you don't conceive by then get HSG for your wife to test tubes.

Sir, another problem I m facing is that I can't ejaculate during intercourse. I m on verge of ejaculation but can't do finally. Ejaculation is only possible through masturbation. This has become very stressful for me. And has led to depression. Please suggest what measures can I take to get rid off this problem. I am not under any kind of medication. Why this problem has occurred.
