Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving

Please repeat the test after a couple of days.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Home pregnancy tests can read well 3-7 days after a missed period when performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You have perhaps done the test too early. Please repeat the test after a couple of days.
If you wish for an earlier confirmation, you can go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. This is more sensitive and specific too.
Please do not worry. Patience is the most essential factor needed while you are trying to conceive. Please remember anxiety can affect ovulation and hence the chances of conception.
Hope I have clarified your query. Please feel free to contact if you need any more information. I will be happy to help.

So I really do have chances I could be pregnant its just too early?
Possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
It is possible for you to get pregnant if you have never missed a cycle. You seem to have taken the test a little early.
With natural ovulation, you can try for a year to conceive. Failing this, you should seek expert help for assisted reproduction as the chances of natural conception decrease once you reach the forties.
Ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next menstruation and hence, to obtain a result, you need to time the intercourse around this period, at least on alternate days.
Hope your doubt has been clarified. Please get back if you need any more information. i will be ready to help.

I have just used cheap internet sticks like 50 pregnancy tests for £5 do you think they are reliable they are supposed to be early detection
Not so relaible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
Please check if you have made any attachment to this query as I did not receive any. As you are not sure if you had the intercourse around the fertile period, please wait for the next test result as chances are equivocal.
Home pregnancy tests must be done using standard methods. Cheap sticks are not very reliable.
Hope you had the information needed. Please get back if you need any more suggestions. I will be available to help.

Pregnancy possible with intercourse around ovulation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
Pregnancy is possible if intercourse happened around your ovulation period. If not, it could be just another delayed period like you had earlier. Such transient changes often happen once in a while and are due to some temporary disturbance in the hormonal balance.
Hope I have answered all your queries. Please contact if you need any more information. I will be ready to help.
Wish you good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
Even though waiting for one year is the general rule, considering your age, it would be better if you can take help after trying sincerely for six months. You are not infertile unless you fail to conceive by all possible means, natural or assisted. So, please stop this fear bothering you.

Can ask.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
You can ask to have a check up after excluding/confirming pregnancy through blood test and/or a sonogram. Though you do not have a clear cut indication to get help for infertility now, you may go for it in order to assure yourself and also to intervene early should any help be needed.
Hope your queries have been answered. Please contact if you need any more information. I will be ready to help.
