Brief Answer:
Get repeat HCG levels done

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I'm Dr Chaithanya attending you

Thanks for your question.

I understand your concern.

The bleeding can be due to 2 things, a miscarriage at early stages[rare]
or it can be due to withdrawal bleeding due injections/tablets she is taking.

Please get repeat HCG levels and Ultrasound abdomen now to know her present status.

Hope this helps
