Question : hi dr. my wife want to get pragnant but the dr said to have duphaston for 10days 2 tab daily since our married life is for 4 years but the last year was very devastation having a tube baby , destroyed by medicine now the second attempt is being made give some suggestion

Hello,
If you are having difficulty concieving naturally, you may need some help with ovulation induction drugs. Normally, i give Tab Duphaston once daily from day 16 of your period cycle for 10 days. Apart from that, i would suggest some ovulation induction drugs like clomiphene to be taken each cycle. Before taking these drugs, blood tests, semen analysis, HSG and an ultrasound should be done to make sure everything is normal.
