Question : hi ,

I am XXXX . i am 28 years old . i recently married on 16th of april . but i am not able to do sex with my wife . i am not able to erect for a longer time that's why i am not able to insert in my wife vagina . it causes dissatisfaction in me and my wife . i consult urologist and she writes a megasil tablet 10 mg earlier and now 20 mg . By this medicine i am able to do erection but not for a longer version . i have also done testosterone test and it come 3.25.
i am trying frequently to do sex with my wife but all effort goes in vain . please help otherwise it ruins my married life .

I would suggest you to take paroxetine (prescription drug) along with MEGALIS. Paroxetine will the time before ejaculation. It is a safe and effective drug.
Also, do not try to do sex daily just to test yourself. Do it for pleasure. Spend more time in foreplay.
