Question : Hi doctor,
Last night inner foreskin around the penis has gone back. Am not able to s restore to its original position. Basically it never moves freely, but I never had issues during intercourse.

I am not having any pain now but if it gets errect or When I try to restore it manually, its paining. Please help me on this.

If I have to visit doctor, which specialist should I visit?

I can understand your concerns.

As you have tried retraction manually with oil without any success and you have pain, i would suggest you to visit a nearest general surgeon. This might need surgical intervention.

You can use lignocaine jelly to help in pain temporarily.
