Brief Answer:
Are you still finding it difficult to feed?

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would first like to ask if you are still finding it difficult to feed or was this just immediately after you suffered the reaction? If you have not tried to eat something since then and your vomiting and loose stools have completely disappeared then I think you should slowly start trying to feed.

Start with liquids, and only a small amount at first as long gaps between feeding can make the stomach a little sensitive. Small sips and slow slips should be the first step; if well tolerated then you can move on to a fresh juices and then more nutritious food like soups, etc. Also please try adding a powered multivitamin to your drink for nutrition.

About 24-48 hours with a liquid diet well tolerated should be an indication enough to shift to solid food.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
