Question : Hi , I had noticed some discoloration on the head of my penis , no discomfort and it is smooth.

No discomfort and no bumps means no serious problem is there. To comment further I need more information from your side.

- If feasible please upload some clear photographs of penis head.

- Since when have you noticed discoloration? Which type of color changes are there?

- Is there any history of unprotected sexual exposure?

- Is there any burning in urine?

- Is there any discharge or foul smelling?

- Is there any history of injury over local area?

I've noticed a inital one a year ago and I brought it to my gp and he said it was nothing to worry about but a noticed a smaller additional one about 2 days ago and it's a slight darker spot then the rest of my skin, no discharge or burning urine. I have had unprotected sex before but it had been several months prior, I have had irritation there before from spermicidal condoms as well as friction

From available history there is no infection or inflammation likely.It may be congestion or hypervascularity due to some local friction with clothes(brief or jeans). It will resolve on its own.
