Brief Answer:
a photo is needed...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Can you please send a photo of affected area so I can analyze it and give a more precise idea?
Specific treatment will be advised then.
From what you are describing, it might be due to fungal infection.
You should:
- keep a good genital hygiene
- apply clotrimazole locally if fungal infection is confirmed
Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
Apply the local treatment for 1 week, then, discuss with dermatologist...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXXXXX
Thank you for providing the requested picture. I admit that the quality of the photo is not that good to allow me to note the spot you are referring. I found it difficult to find it although I got the idea from your description.
To my opinion, I advise to:
- keep a good local hygiene
- avoid detergents that could irritate the skin
- you can apply E45 cream to the dry area as this is a moisturizer and will keep the dried area well hydrated.
I still think you need to use clotrimazole cream you find as over the counter. This is not moisturizer but it is an anti-fungal cream that will fight fungus.
If no improvement within a week, I advise to consult with dermatologist for further evaluation.
Wish fast recovery!
