Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I can see a flat, pigmented lesion on left temple.

Its a 'Seborrhiec Keratosis', commonly known as an 'Age spot'.
Seborrheic keratosis is absolutely benign and if desired can be removed with either a CO 2 Laser Or Radiofrequency cautery with excellent cosmetic result.
