Brief Answer:
Please give more details.

I could not understand what happened to your nail? Is there any discoloration or any history of injury in the area? Are you continuing your breast feeding? Is there any fever? Is your breast better now?
Please attach a photo of the nail for a better understanding.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to injury or infection.

Detailed Answer:
There are no photos attached. The discoloration of the nail can be due to an injury or an infection. If there is a swelling in the area then an infection is likely. You can do a hot compress and see if it improves. In case there is an acute pain then do consult your physician for a direct examination and proper antibiotic treatment.
Do continue doing hot compress on the breast also. The lump will gradually subside.

Brief Answer:
This is ingrowing toenail.

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the image attached. You have an ingrown toenail with an infection. This needs systemic antibiotics like Cefixime and surgical resection of the ingrowing nail may be needed. Doing a hot compress in the meantime will help in controlling further spread of the infection.

Use saline nasal drops.

You can use saline nasal drops and give him steam to get relief from a blocked nose. Continue exclusive breast feeding. This will subside in next 3-4 days. In case there is fever then Calpol drops can help after consulting with his pediatrician.

My delivery was normal vaginal birth but i have got pain in vagina n feels like pressure how long pain lasts for???
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Usually subsides in 2 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
The pain and pressure in the vagina usually subsides in 2-3 weeks after delivery. If there is a persistent pain in the vagina it can be due to an infection in vagina or a urinary infection. If there is any abnormal discharge and urinary frequency then a direct examination and vaginal swab culture with urine examination will help.

Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (35 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Can be due to incomplete treatment.

Detailed Answer:
The recurrent infection can be due to an incomplete treatment or re infection from your partner. Both of you need to be treated. You can get a vaginal swab culture done to detect the antibiotic best for you.
You can also use a vaginal wash regularly for genital hygiene.
