Question: I have a grandson who is 23 months old --is there anything we can purchase over the counter to help with teething--he's getting molars and drools a lot

Next - he still only talks in baby language do we wait to see if he will out grow this or consult a speech therapist

Get him some teethers - he needs speech therapy

Hi...for teething discomfort you can get him some teethers. While biting then he may have some comfort by this.

A 2 year old child still speaking in baby language is not acceptable. I suggest two things right now. Please get a BERA test done to test his hearing capability. Secondly you definitely need to take him to a speech therapist after the BERA test is found to be normal.
