Question: General stomach discomfort in lower abdomen. Fairly constant, made worse after eating. Some to the touch as well., though not severe.
Gas and feeling the need to go often without results.
3 days so far.

To recapitulate: Male/65 - not visited Doctor - taken no medication - C/O - 3 days - general stomach discomfort in lower abdomen - fairly constant - made worse after eating - tenderness + - gas and feeling need to go often without results ...

The history given by you is suggestive of an inflammatory reaction going on in the lower abdomen. The probable causes are:
Enterocolitis, meaning inflammation of the small and/or large bowel.
Diverticulitis.
Any other inflammatory process.

I would advise you the following:
- Go to ER or consult your Doctor since this looks to be a problem of concern.
- Clinical evaluation, actual examination and further tests.
- Ultrasonography/ CT scan and colonoscopy along with the tests of blood, urine and stool will be done and an appropriate treatment will be started.
This may be in the form of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and symptomatic treatment as may be needed.
