Brief Answer:
side effects probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

if you have no symptoms of diverticulitis and no fever then it's probably just side effects. Some more thoughts to consider:
- after an infection is treated, the patient may still feel unwell and the temperature may be lower than normal for a few days.
- flagyl with alcohol may cause sweats and flushing, nausea, etc. So if you've used alcohol this could be it.
- side effects from the drugs could cause similar symptoms. If this is it, then it should wear off soon.

An easy way to check whether the infection has been fully contained or not is checking your blood levels of C-reactive protein (CRP). A high CRP may mean that the infection is still active even if you have no fever.
