Brief Answer:
Are you on any medications?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Dizziness may have several meaning depending on what you want to say precisely. If this refers to a feeling of light headache, fainting or passing out then it is most likely related to a sudden drop in blood pressure as you change positions rapidly or exert sudden reflexes like sneezing or cough.

This should normally resolve spontaneously without need fro specialised medical care. Unless it persist, I will not advise that you seek any further medical attention. When switching positions, take your time and make a smooth transition as it would help with this. When sneezing/coughing, moderate the intensity and preferable aim for a resting surface so as not to stay away from possible falls.

I hope this helps. Keep me updated and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. I wish you well.
