Brief Answer:
Orthostatic hypotension more probable.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the dizziness you are experiencing.

Regarding the drug interaction, while you do take many drugs they do not interact with each other, do not worry about that. The only drug I'm not sure about is what you call "Ismvial", I do not know that and couldn't find it on internet, there must be a misspelling. I can't comment on that if you provide the correct name.
Dizziness on the other hand is the commonest symptom of orthostatic hypotension you suffer from (you write hypertension actually but I'm assuming it's a misspelling as well). So that is the most probable cause. You take Florinef for that, if not enough you can discuss with your doctor a change in dosage, but remember it must be combined with a high salt diet and fluid intake.
Another possible cause might be a consequence of stroke if it has affected your brain areas related to balance.
Gabapentin could have some dizziness as a side effect as well.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
