Question : I have dizzy spells just got out of hospital of this problem tests done on carodid , EEg Echo cardiogram all normal still having dizzy problem blood pressure 130/58 is this aneurolgical problem? YYYY@YYYY

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Cardiocitculatory issues may lead to neurological conditions such stroke, transient ischemic attacks, etc. that may cause dizziness besides other symptoms too.

Since EEG and cardiac evaluation was fine, it is not a neurological problem, it is more likely an ENT problem such benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Ménière's etc.
