Question : I have dizzy spells just got out of hospital of this problem tests done on carodid , EEg Echo cardiogram all normal still having dizzy problem blood pressure 130/58 is this aneurolgical problem? YYYY@YYYY

Since EEG and cardiac evaluation was fine, it is not a neurological problem, it is more likely an ENT problem such benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Ménière's etc.
