I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Episodic dizziness may be due to pre syncopal symptoms, Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) or migraine associated.
Is there any history of hearing loss, ear discharge, tinnitus , ear fullness, walking difficulty or speech changes?
Any relation to neck posture and duration of episodes with nausea or vomiting?
History of postural blackouts due to low BP?
Any migraine headache?
For treatment she can take plenty of fluids and increased salt intake.
Avoid sudden change of posture particularly from a supine or sitting position.
Sudden and extreme turning of neck should be avoided.
Consult a neurologist or ENT specialist for evaluation.
