Question : Fullness in my ears. Occasionally dizzy/ unsteadyness. Sometimes i hear a sound like listening with your ears cupped

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness, fullness in ear and sound in ears when cupped indicate local ear pathology and likely cause can be middle ear congestion, eustachian tube defects, cerumen or wax deposition in outer ear around ear drum. Motion sickness will help with dizziness but work up to find out the cause for it should be evaluated for. Seek an otorhinolaryngologist ( ENT doctor) and let them have a look at your ears and assess both auditory and vestibular functions of oyur ear and then manage accordingly.
