Brief Answer:
It will take around a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic!

Alcohol withdrawal lasts for around a week usually and that is why, you are still having some dizziness and nausea. Please do not worry. Just continue taking adequate fluids. Stick to foods that are light and easy to digest. Absolutely avoid any alcohol intake for the next one week. If you take even a little alcohol, it will make you feel better initially but will be followed by even worse withdrawal. Aspirin is not going to help you much but rather may cause acidity, which is common in alcohol withdrawal.

Please let me know if you need any clarifications.

Best wishes.
