Brief Answer:
Anxiety related. Relaxation essential.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Its possibly dehydration along with stress. Dehydration can cause dizzy spells.

2. Ask him to relax. Give him fluids. Blood pressure is not too high. The heart rate and increased systolic pressure indicates anxiety or stress. Relaxation could help. No workout for another 2-3 days.

3. Ask him to not move around. Absolute rest is essential. Hope he has no chest pain or an weakness anywhere in the body. If not, not to worry. No extra medication needed. Followup with blood pressure and ask him to relax till heart rate comes below 100 and then check blood pressure. Not to worry for now.

4. When possible, get hemoglobin level checked to evaluate for anemia. Anemia can increase cardiac activity. Hope he is not bleeding anywhere in the body.

5. If anxiety not controlled, Anti-anxiety medications maybe necessary like benzodiazepines or beta blockers. You will require prescription from your doctor.

Hope it help.
