Brief Answer:
Different possible causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Dizziness is an uncomfortable experience to go through particularly if it affects balance.

When some persons experience dizziness, they have a light or funny sensation in the head, others may have the feeling as though they are spinning or the room/environment is spinning.
The spinning feeling is called vertigo.

Not sure if you have both of these or one.

Blood pressure is one cause but yours appears to be normal.

Some of the other causes are:
(1) Low blood sugar
(2) Dehydration or electrolyte disorder
(3) Anxiety or stress
(4) Issues with the inner ear
(5) Migraines- some persons have vestibular migraines where they do not have a headache only dizziness and vertigo
(6) Conditions of the inner ear- they play a big role in balance
(7) Anemia- low blood count
(8) Side effect of medication

Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine- it is used for seizures disorders or for anxiety or panic episodes or insomnia. It is possible that it may help in other conditions as well.

Of these conditions, inner ear conditions and stress/anxiety, may respond to Clonazepam. Persons react differently to medications so it is possible that it may be helping in another condition as well.
Blood tests to check your blood count and blood sugar may be helpful though these would not typically respond to clonazepam.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions.

Thanks for your respond.
When I feel dizziness, just feels top my head increase and pulse jump. eye tire to open. But no spinning. Blood pressure about 111/68. I had test my blood several times, not show have low blood surge. Is that possible, that heart did not pump enough blood to brain, cause this problem?

Brief Answer:
decreased blood supply to the brain can cause dizziness

Detailed Answer:
HI

Decreased blood supply to the brain can cause dizziness but this decreased supply is usually associated with a medical conditions or cause eg severe dehydration because of the decreased volume of fluid in the body can affect the amount of blood to the brain

Or a person with heart disease or abnormal heart rhythm ( usually show up on EKG or holter- this is a 24 hour EKG)

Where there are cholesterol plaques in the blood vessels to (carotid blood vessels ) or in the brain eg in persons with severe or uncontrolled high cholesterol or diabetes or high blood pressure

A carotid ultrasound can look at these blood vessels and an EKG can take a look at the rhythm of the heart.

Thanks for your second respond, I use Lisinopril 10mg everyday to control my blood pressure and Lovastatin 20mg to control cholesterol. use these drug more than 10 years. every annual physical for blood and urine test, looks normal. But this dizziness still frequently happen to my head. I may ask my family doctor do a carotid ultrasound for me, I did it 5 years ago, did not found abnormal. so difficult to solve this problem. I still hope you have good solution for me. Thank you again.

Brief Answer:
may be idiopathic- cause not found or known

Detailed Answer:
HI

If all of your tests are normal, then as you stated, it may be difficult to identify the reason for your symptom.
Unfortunately, in some persons with dizziness, there is no obvious physical cause found and it is called idiopathic-the term used in medicine to say that the cause is not known
