Brief Answer:
Tension headache or Benign Intracranial tension

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I often hear women in their thirties about similar complaints. I generally rule out few important possibilities.

They are migraine/Tension headache and Benign Intracranial tension. The reasons for all of the above are not very well known. Tension headache and Benign ICT are non worrisome and can be treated.

However we need to rule out a other serious causes with the help of CT scan of the brain.

So I suggest you to see a Neurologist who can physcially examine you and order a CT scan of the brain.

Believe me tension headache can easily be treated with few lifestyle modifications and behavioural changes like anger management, stress management, yoga and meditation.
They are all proven.

Please meet a Neurologist.

Let me know if there are any further queries regarding.
