Question : I am a 46 year old woman and still menstruating, today I felt dizzy, disoriented and weak... Then I went to the bathroom and some tissue came out of me... Then my stomach really hurt...

You seem to have passed large piece of shed endometrial tissue. It's expulsion must have initiated uterine contractions. That is why you have felt the pain.
