Question : Woke up this morning with dizziness and hard time focusing my eyes. Tired and having dull headache, left side righttemples.
Any suggestion.
Female, 63, weight normal. Came home tired from work yesterday.

I have gone through your query. You could have caught cold and could have sinusitis. I would also insist you to take steam inhalation. Water in form of vapor can reach deep inside and help in clearing the blockages. However, fluctuations in blood pressure could also cause similar presentations and it would be a good idea to visit a doctor and get yourself clinically examined.
