Question : I hit my head hard Afew days ago and the headache is much worse and I am dizzy and nauseated. One pupil is abit smaller than the other. Any cause for concern?

Trauma resulting in headache and asymmetrical pupils,mandates urgent neurological examination.
You will probably need urgent brain imaging like CT scan of brain to rule out any brain injury.
