Brief Answer:
Heart rate is worrying.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

For the moment there is not much you can do, you have taken the right measures.

If the symptoms do not improve in the next hour though I would take him to the ER. The values of blood glucose and pressure are not worrying themselves, but that heart rate of 49 in the absence of any factor to explain it worries me a little and I think he should be checked and have at least an EKG as well as some routine blood tests.

It might turn out nothing major, some viral infection or inner ear issue, some people have a lower heart rate without any consequences, but it is advisable to check for arrhythmia and if present its cause.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
