Detailed Answer:
Hello mam.

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern. I have read your queries carefully.I came to provisional diagnosis of otitis media,vertigo and heart diseases.Though all these ,needs proper ear evaluation to confirm the diagnosis.

You should also evaluate your heart's status by an electrocardiogram and echocardiography.Hope your blood pressure is always under control and the dosage of amlodipine is appropriate for controlling your blood pressure.High blood pressure can cause dizziness too.

Otitis media is an bacterial ear infection which is causing this pain.You can use over the counter antibiotic ear drops and pain killer to get relief.If your symptoms do not subside you should definitely go see a doctor.

In the meantime;
Sit or lie down when you are having dizzines.
Drink water because sometimes it can be just due to dehydration.
Eat something because it can be due to low blood sugar.
Do simple exercises to relax yourself.

Hope this helped.Feel free to ask more questions.Thank you.
