I am concerned about the symptoms that you have reported. Dizziness accompanied by an irregular and fast heart rate suggest a possibility of an underlying arrhythmia.

this should be evaluated as soon as possible. There are many possible causes of irregular heart rate including electrolyte abnormalities, high blood pressure, heart attack, or congestive heart failure.

Please proceed to local emergency department as soon as possible for a meeting evaluation. If the doctors are able to find out the cause of your irregular heart rate it may help to significantly improve your symptoms.
