Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
By the description of your symptoms it looks like you have a mild infection or inflammation in the fluid of the inner ear.
It may or may not be relate to your cataract surgery ,unless there is infection post surgery.
Don't worry the condition is self limiting and will resolve in 2 weeks.
But if the dizziness is unbearable Tab Betaserc 8mg will help you.
You can also do labrynthine excercises.
If the dizziness increases get yourself evaluated by an ENT surgeon.
