Question : I've been taking bupropion hcl xl for two days. I've been experiencing dizziness since getting up this morning. I understand that dizziness is a possible side effect of bupropion. About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with meniere's, however, the symptoms dissipated and have not returned. I am a 72 year old white male in general good health. Last blood pressure check was 122/77.

Hello,

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Both bupropion and finasteride cause dizziness.

The symptoms abate after few days of drug initiation.

You should increase fluid intake.

Not due to Meniere's disease if no fullness of ear or hearing loss.
