Suggest Treatment For Dizziness

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome on HCM!
I understand your concern and would like to explain that your clinical symptomatology seems most likely to be related to orthostatic intolerance.
Orthostatic hypotension while you stand up may explain your dizziness feeling.
It more frequently found in elderly individuals, those that take diuretics, those with certain neuropathies, etc.
A decrease of systolic blood pressure value of at least 20 mmHg or diastolic pressure value of at least 10 mmHg with getting up may confirm this disorder.
Coming to this point, you have to check your blood pressure values.
You need to consult your GP or internal specialist in order to investigate this finding.
If orthostatic hypotension is confirmed, then potential treatment (increasing circulating blood volume, increasing blood vessel tone) may be prescribed.
In such case it is necessary to be more careful when getting the upright position from recumbent of seated condition. More gradual actions are encouraged.
In addition, potential dehydration should be avoided be taking plenty of water and other (non-alcoholic) drinks.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.
In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
