Question : I have had dizzy spells and not felt right for going 9 4 days. Went to dr and she said there is a lot of pressure on my ears and sinuses. my lip feels numb off and in and was wondering if this is normal? I am taking zythromiacin and advert for the dizziness as needed.

Dizzyness part of infection can be normal, will be better through meds soon

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

sinus infection can caue dizzyness through fever (circulation down) and also congestion of inner ear.

This will probably be better soon once infection is cured through medication perscribed.

You should also drink a lot of water and herbal tea, do some inhaling of hot steam and take a rest to support healing process.
