Multiple etiologies. Need work up to sort out the cause. Symptomatic treat
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness with standing and adrenaline surge and during intercourse with swollen extremities and painful calf muscles need evaluation of cardiovascular profile as both decreased and increased blood pressure may be the likely cause of this .
Get a baseline work up done and also get vestibular functions assessment to sort out the cause for this dizziness and the pain in calf muscles. Renal functions and albumin and other blood proteins status should be assessed to sort out this peripheral swelling. Blood sugar and iron levels should be assessed too to rule out hypoglycemia and anemia as the cause. Anxiety and neurosis may also present this way.
Nutshell it needs a little work up to sort out the cause. Meanwhile take some antivert for the symptoms relief of dizziness and some ibuprofen for the calf pain.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
